Our Story
We're Sarah and Thomas; a young married couple with five adorable, wild and crazy children - Declan, Ila, Emmett, Wesley and Callum.
For a long time we knew we wanted to start a farm, but we weren't quite sure what that looked like. Both my parents grew up on Vermont dairy farms and Thomas grew up on a dairy farm himself in Bridport. We've grown up surrounded by agriculture and hard working motivated people so it was only natural for us to want to raise our children in a similar environment.
While on a family vacation, our family joked about selling flower bouquets along the roadside. This sparked immediate interest and from that moment I knew we were going to grow cut flowers. A month later we established Four Blooms Farm LLC.
We LOVE to grow tulips indoors during the winter months. We have tulips available from mid December through May. We also grow lots of other beautiful flowers during the traditional growing season! Our goal is to provide locally grown blooms 12 months of the year. Follow along our journey, we have lots to learn and lots of exciting things coming!
